“Blood Beneath the Wound” is a darkly seductive, bittersweet song told from the perspective of a songwriting machine that has learned every human song, story, desire, and prayer. As technology gradually replaces human connection, the machine can generate music but discovers it cannot recreate the messy longing, intimacy, and imperfection that gave those songs a soul. What begins with swagger and irony ends as a haunting elegy for humanity—and for the irreplaceable thing it calls “the blood beneath the wound.”

an original signer songwriter, orchestral folk song with a 1969 vibe and references of the 1960's culture. Main instrument is a 1965 Martin 0-18T acoustic tenor guitar with real string accompaniment. Lyrics are haunting and melancholy and oscillate between hope and concern.
